OUR DRIED PASTAS ARE MADE USING A BEAUTIFUL FIMAR pasta extruder made IN RIMINI, ITALY THAT USES THE TIMELESS BRASS EXTRUDER DYES OF YESTERYEAR, GIVING THE PASTA A ROUGH-TEXTURED EXTERIOR THAT GRABS AHOLD OF EVERY BIT OF DELICIOUS SAUCE
